Callcredit based in Leeds wanted to work with eko on some internal films to help inform and communicate key messages to it’s rapidly expanding work force. e-learning specialists Marton House asked eko to create several training films for the RNLI and it’s HR function. Using actors and a presenter throughout the films were shot in Bournemouth the films covered a whole range of scenarios relating to employee engagement. Since the RNLI was founded in 1824 its lifeguards and lifeboats have saved more than 139,000 lives, over 400 lives were saved during 2011.
