So where have we been?
We have been so busy that we haven’t had a chance to update our blog. eko have been busy with projects over the past few months for Norwich Union, ICS, consultants, and Northern Rail, Isotoma and many others. we will add these stories up as soon as we can, (if our clents will allow of course). We are currently working on museum installatons, and ongoing filming projects with Norwich Union soon to be AVIVA, and we are also waiting to start filming work for some London councils. Bupa say thank you
Our friends at Bupa asked if we could help them produce a thank you show reel, to thank all the wonderful care workers for there excellent work during 2008. Eko produced a video using photos that had been taken by various care homes across the north of England and Scotland. We mixed this with animations and sound, and testimonials.Unfortunately, it wouldn’t be appropriate to show this video online, but the feedback we have points to it all being a huge success.
eko film AMX London showroom
AMX are a world leader in the audio/visual control industry, they provide hardware and software solutions to simplify how people interact with technology. AMX are based in Texas, they employ 600 employees with offices all over the world. eko were asked to film there new flagship office showroom in central London The 6,000 square foot showroom and office, houses a state-of-the-art product showroom, a fully equipped boardroom, and a full-time training centre. eko exhibit at Venturefest 2009
Eko will be exhibiting at Venturefest 2009, on the 11th of February. The event at York racecourse will bring together venture capitalists, innovators with ideas, and entrepreneurs. Eko will be in the innovation showcase area. Feel free to drop in and say hi, it would be good to see you all there. This will be our first exhibition, and we plan on having fun while were there, we are planning on having a postcard quiz, where the winner will win a very special prize, more details to follow….
Immigration video for Hull City Council
Hull City Council wanted to explain to the residents of the Humber region the importance of community cohesion. This took shape in the form of a film, which included interviews with various leading members and representatives from the minorities within the region. They explained where they came from, and why there here, and how they feel about living in a diverse community. The film broke stereotypes by including British and American minorities. & 10 years of Equity Release">Norwich Union & 10 years of Equity Release
In November Norwich Union celebrated 10 years of Equity Release. eko were asked to film the anniversary conference in London, where leading figures from the likes of Help the Aged, and other organisations, along with Norwich Union representatives,, gave comment on the past, present and future of Equity release. eko also produced several video podcast for the site during 2008. Pindar choose eko
We have been working recently on two projects for one of the largest international printers, Pindar. http://www.pindar.com/ Pindar who are major shareholders in in global franchise Alpha Graphics, asked eko to, produce a video explaining the process an item has to go through to get printed. This was great fun for us, as it allowed us to get up close and personal with huge multi million pound printing presses. eko have worked along side Isotoma again, to deliver a very special website for Vodafone. We will explain more shortly. We are not being delibratly secretive, it’s just that the website is not live yet, so shh, mums the word…
